白术正常产新时间应过了中秋节，但是，药农往往等不到时间就开始采挖了，目前白术产新已有十多天。 众所周知，近几年亳州市谯城区魏岗镇已发展成白术主产区，但是，由于白术不能重茬连作，一年栽种后需5年后再轮作。很多药农没有多余的耕地，想继续栽种只有到临近的牛集或古井镇承包土地种植，所以，白术主产地在逐渐向牛集，古井镇转移，但是，这两个乡镇没有药材市场，所产白术只有拉到魏岗集贸市场出售。
