当归城交易现场围满了旁观者，每市斤鲜货5.5元交易、验货商讨，一方面商讨价格、另一份商讨鲜当归上面粘的土的多少，每百斤除多少土，这个比例是按实际倒出来土的多少来折。有的也会“折母子”倒一包把土抖干净，一包有多少土，每包都除多少土。
