湖北十堰市房县军店镇属于柴葛根的主产区之一，由于加工条件不成熟，鲜货大部分都被岳西加工户购走，该品属于野生资源，一年四季均可采挖，当地少数加工厂正在加工中，干品陆续应市，但买货的商家暂不多，货源走动不快，统货售价在7-7.2元，图为鲜葛根。
